Shipping policy

Shipping cost are calculated at the time of checkout and you will have an opportunity to review them before finalizing your purchase. 

CANADA
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Tracking is included on all Expedited Parcel orders. Normal delivery within Canada is 3-9 business days, depending on your location. Please allow 2–4 business days to process and ship your order. 

Standard Shipping Rates:
up to $20.00 – CA$5 
up to $100.00 - CA$12
CA$100.00 and up – Free Shipping

Express Rate:
0 kg to 2 kg - CA$21.90 

Local pick up can be arranged at my studio in Tarbot, NS. Please note that this is a residential address, not a retail location. 

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via Canada Post as tracked parcels. Delivery may take up to 20 business days depending on the destination. Please allow 1–3 days to process and ship your order.

Standard international shipping starts at CA$14, depending on the weight of your order and the destination. We do not offer free international shipping, regardless of order value.

Please note: Due to recent changes in cross-border customs requirements, I’m currently not shipping to the United States. International orders from other countries are still accepted.

Some countries charge import duties or customs fees. These vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

If your parcel is held by your local customs office awaiting payment, please contact them directly. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for parcels abandoned due to unpaid customs charges.
